Water spraying cooling tunnel

This equipment adopts a three-stage or multi-stage treatment process featuring circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling, and cold water cooling. The sterilization and cooling time can be adjusted by frequency conversion according to the user's requirements, and the automatic control is highly automated. It is applied to the atmospheric pressure pasteurization of various bottled and canned beverages, canned fruits and vegetables and other foods. It can also be used for cooling tea beverages in PET bottles and warming carbonated beverages.

7. The running speed of the mesh belt is adjustable, and the sterilization time can be adjusted according to the production process;

8. Equipped with automatic feed in and out system, and the automatic transmission line connection transition smoothly;
