Specification

1. Bucket type hoisting elevator used for receiving the raw material and load it to a higher processing stage.

2. Bubble washing machine : Soaks and removes the soil in the mushroom/vegetables .Feature: Cone angle with the bottom of the arc design, easy to clean . with a high-pressure spray, cleaning better.

3. Brush washing machine : equip with roller brush and top water spraying as second washing stage for the raw material.

4.Two-layer selection conveyor :Transportation for the selection of vegetables.
Feature:The double-decked transportation, the defective works easy to recycle.

5. Vibration feeder or manually feeding the vegetables into glass jar/metal cans,connect with loading elevator for the vegetables and glass jar conveyor for jar feeding.

6. Brine filling machine connect with brine preparation system

7.After both vegetable and brine filling, then go to capping /sealing machine to finish the product processing.

Pasteurization and Post-packaging system

1. Continuous pasteurization and cooling system for the packed vegetable sterilization and the cooling down for the post-packaging.Water spraying tunnel type pasteurizer machine fully made of stainless steel 304.

2. After water spraying pasteurization and cooling, equip with air blower for drying the product surface then ready for next process.

3. Coding device which can be equipped with ink-jet date printer or laser type coding machine to put the production date on the product body, top or bottom.

4.Label machine which can be equipped with sleeve label or sticker label .

5. Final package of the product can be with cardboard box or PE film shrink

Pickles processing production line includes: 
Cleaning machine, desalination machine, cutting machine, selection of conveyor, seasoning machine, juice machine, packaging machine, conveyor, continuous sterilization machine, cooling machine, bag packing in addition to the water machine, pre-treatment equipment based on the specific pickled vegetables processing process selection, increase or decrease.
