Fruit in syrup production line
1. Raw material: Fresh, ripe fruit as raw materials which are usually hand-picked in orchards or orchards to ensure freshness and quality.
2. Washing and sorting: After the fruit arrives at the factory, the workers will carefully clean and disinfect the fruit to ensure the food safety of the fruit. This step is very important to effectively remove bacteria and impurities from the surface of the fruit.
3. Peeling and slicing (cutting): The cleaned fruit will be peeled and sliced to adapt to the production needs of canning. This process requires a high degree of skill and experience to ensure that the fruit can be properly handled and preserved.
4. Sugar syrup preparation: Melting and cooking the sugar syrup.
5. Filling and sealing: First to fill the fruit product into the glass jar or metal cans then fill the prepared syrup. Next to the capping machine for glass jar or sealing machine for cans.
6. Pasteurization: After filling the cans will be tightly sealed, and then with water bathing sterilization treatment to ensure that there is no bacterial residue inside /outside of the can, can be stored for a long time.
7. Quality inspection: Finally quality inspection to ensure that the product meets the relevant standards and regulations. Only after passing the strict inspection can the product be put on the market.
