5 Vacuum sugar infiltration: 50% concentration of sugar liquid, the sugar liquid temperature is required to be 50-60ºC. Close the vacuum pre-pumping tank, turn on and open the vacuum valve, and require the vacuum degree to reach 600 mm Hg or more. The vacuum saccharidation time is generally 40 to 60 minutes.
6 Drying: the raw materials are spread on the pallet of the cart, covered with a layer, uniform and suitable, and then sent to the oven, at the temperature of 60-70ºC, drying for about 20 hours. Bake until the material is not sticky, and the sugar content is required to reach 55~65%.
7 integral type: The product after drying should also be selected in accordance with the product standard, integral type, and then according to the specific situation of the product to determine the grade of the product.
8 Finished product packaging: After the preserved fruit has passed the inspection, it can be packaged into finished products. Packaging should be according to the determined product grade packaging, and clearly marked on the package.
Inspection:
The dried fruit should also be selected and rounded according to the product standard, and then the grade of the preserved fruit should be determined according to the specific situation of the product. Keep the fruit shape intact and color consistent.
Finished product packaging:
After the preserved fruit has passed the inspection, it can be packaged into finished products. Packaging should be according to the determined product grade packaging, and clearly marked on the packaging, to adapt to different consumer objects. At present, there are composite film small packaging, one strand is 500 grams specification; There are also plastic box packaging, 100~200 grams specification; There are also large packaging, that is, 20 kg carton packaging, non-toxic plastic film and so on.
