COLD PRESS JUICE EXTRACTING MACHINE

belts can be interchanged; It is equipped with automatic correcting device and filter belt limit switch,

which guarantees stable operation of the equipment;

Features

This equipment is suitable for fruit and vegetable juices such as pear, apple,thorn pear, orange, asparagus,radish, ginger, etc. It adopts multi-stage folding roller pressurization and multiDstage pneumaticroller pressurization, and the pressing force is large, and the juice yield can be up to 78% or more. Made of all stainless steel and food grade materials, in line with food hygienestandards; Filter belts, air bags, bearings and other key devices are well- known brandsat home and abroad, stable and reliable;

Press belt: food grade
1. Power output shaft: Power to pressing for equipment.
2. Press the passive wheel: squeeze the juice out through the pressure between the passive wheel and the filter bag.
3. Devices for protecting and guiding materials: to prevent external debris from falling into them,
so that materials move in a given direction
4. Inlet and adjustment devices: receiving materials and controlling the amount of incoming material.

5.Safety protection device: when an object touches the device, the equipment will stop automatically.
6.Airbag tightening device: tighten the tightness by adjusting the intake pressure.
7.Guide the juice plate before and after: let the juice flow to the juice box.
8.Juice receiving box: collect squeezed juice.
9.Connect the washing water box: collecting the waste water for cleaning the filter bag.
10.Cleaning filter device: through the injection of high pressure water, and sprinkler head to do round trip, thoroughly clean
the filter bag.
11.Adjust the deviation of the filter bag: Control the arrival of the filter bag wheel to adjust the deviation of the filter bag
by the front and rear movement of the cylinder.
