The equipment is composed of preheating tank, filter, concentration tank, condenser, vacuum pump, etc., using automatic control of electric heating heating, sanitary and convenient, but also can be heated by circulating hot water boiler. Equipment materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, tank, pipe inside and outside mirror polishing treatment, in line with QS certification requirements. The equipment has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency and good effect, and is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to produce and process honey.

Equipment structure and installation:

The cooling system uses circulating water and must be equipped with a water tank and pump. The water storage capacity of the water tank is more than 2 tons, and the pump power is about 0.37Kw. The water pump will hit the water tank to the inlet of the condenser, and the outlet of the condenser and vacuum pump will be connected to the water tank, and the water of the water tank will be recycled.

Notes:
1.Pay attention to the safety of electricity, the shell should be grounded wire, to avoid the shell with induction or heating tube damage to make the shell live.
2. Pay attention to the water level in the preheating tank and concentration tank interlayer, when lower than the elbow, add a little water until visible. This avoids dry burning of the heating tube and maximizes the heating area of the sandwich.
3. When feeding, be sure to pay attention to the position of the material to avoid bubbles being extracted.
4. Pay attention to the temperature of cooling water during the concentration process. If the temperature rises, it should be replaced in time, and it is best to use cooling water below 25 ° C for full cooling.
5. Vacuum pump before opening and in the work to ensure the supply of water. The water consumption of the vacuum pump is subject to a small amount of water at the outlet of the vacuum pump.
6. The vacuum pump before opening the water to open the vacuum pump power supply and then slowly open the vacuum pump inlet valve. When stopping the vacuum pump, close the inlet valve of the vacuum pump, close the power supply of the vacuum pump, and then close the water source.
7. The condensate in the recovery tank should be discharged in time, and each concentration should be drained one time.
8. The main power supply should be turned off and the tank should be cleaned when the equipment is not in use.
