High-pressure homogenizer (high-pressure homogenizing pump) is a special equipment for homogenizing and high-pressure conveying of liquid materials. It is used for liquid materials with a viscosity lower than 0.2Pa.s and a temperature lower than 85 degrees Celsius (liquid-liquid or liquid- Solid emulsification. The device pulverizes particles and oil droplets in the liquid into small sizes through an integrated effect of pressure loss, expansion, shearing and high-speed impact in an adjustable flow-limiting slit process, while establishing ideal emulsions and dispersions. . It is a combination of functional principles such as ultrasonic pulverizer, colloid mill, ball mill and jet machine. The stability, consistency, mixing, easy absorption, nutritional value, shelf life, taste, color and activity of the product can be achieved in homogenization.
