The multifunctional extraction tank adopts a mushroom shaped round tank body, with a large top and small bottom, and a large top:
it has a large boiling buffer space and is not easy to run materials;
The liquid is heated quickly, the heating time is short, and the extraction efficiency is high. Mechanical stirring can be set up, and the
jacket form is optional (the tank body is equipped with a jacket and insulation layer).
The transition section of the inner wall of the tank body adopts circular arc transition, without any sanitary dead corners, easy to clean,
and the mirror polishing treatment inside the tank body meets the requirements of hygiene standards.
The multifunctional extraction tank can be designed in the form of a conical extraction tank, mushroom extraction tank, straight
cylindrical extraction tank, oblique conical extraction tank, inverted conical extraction tank, etc. according to customer requirements.
This machine is a combined application device for the extraction and concentration of plant active ingredients. Its advantage
is that it integrates extraction and concentration, and adopts a fully enclosed continuous cycle extraction and concentration.
During the hot extraction process, the liquid in the extraction tank is connected to the heater and evaporator through a filter layer,
and undergoes cyclic concentration. The secondary steam generated by extraction and concentration is condensed by the
condenser, and the hot condensate flows back to the deep layer of the material in the extraction tank, allowing the material to
fully contact with the dynamic extraction and solvent supplementation, while shortening the extraction and concentration time
and greatly improving production efficiency.
