Automatic pomegranate peeling machine
Working principle:
Fresh pomegranate enters the upper crushing device from the feeding hopper. After the relative extrusion of the crushing roller and
the pressure of the blade on the roller, the whole pomegranate is squeezed and cut into several small pieces; the crushing roller of
the upper crushing device is made of stainless steel, two rolls The gap can be adjusted to 20-30mm; then enter the lower crushing
device for the second crushing. The lower crushing roller is made of non-toxic and highly elastic rubber. The damage to the
pomegranate seed is small, and the gap between the two rolls can be adjusted by 10-20mm. After the stage crushing, the pomegranate
which has been separated by the basic skin seeds falls into the separation device (separation shaft and rotary sieve combination) with
variable frequency speed regulation. Under the rotation of the separation shaft and the separation device, the pomegranate seeds
and part of the juice are sieved from the sieve. The pores leak out and pass through the discharge port to the next process (transferred
to the juicer or other via a screw pump); the pomegranate peel is discharged from the bottom of the device.
Features:
1. The gap between the upper and lower crushing rolls is adjustable, and the crushing rolls are elastic structures;
2. The upper and lower crushing device is changed to the upper and lower cutting device, which can be used for the
separation of skin and seeds such as passion fruit and pomegranate;
3. The stirring shaft and the rotating screen speed can be adjusted;
