This machine is suitable for stone fruits (mango, peach, apricot), berries (kiwi, strawberry) and pre-cooked soft fruit (apple, pear) and other fruits to remove the core and skin separation

The machine is mainly composed of sieve cylinder, frame and transmission system, the first way is the core structure, the second way is the beating structure.

The motor is driven by the triangle belt, which makes the rotor component rotate at high speed, and the mango enters the machine evenly through the feed port. The feed blade will screw the material to the beater rod, and under the action of the beater rod, the material is rammed. Due to the existence of centrifugal force, the juice and meat in the material (has become slurry) enter the next process through the sieve hole on the screen, and the core, skin, seed and fruit slag are discharged from the slag pulp leaf, so as to realize the automatic separation of pulp and slag.

The screen aperture of the corer depends on the type of material.

Stone fruits :

The motor is driven by the triangle belt, so that the rotor parts rotate at a high speed, the fruit is fed by the feed port machine, the feed pulp blade will screw the material to the beater rod, under the action of the beater rod, the material is rammed. Due to the role of centrifugal force, the SAP and meat in the material (which has become pulp) enter the next process through the sieve hole on the screen, and the core is discharged from the slag port by the pulp leaf, so as to realize the automatic separation of pulp and slag.

Berry fruits :

The motor is driven by a triangle belt, so that the scraper installed on the spline shaft rotates at a high speed. When the broken fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the pulp retaining disc evenly distributes the material between the scraper and the screen. Due to the rotary action of the scraper and the existence of the lead Angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the exit end, and the moving track is spiral. The material is crushed by centrifugal force in the process of moving between the scraper and the screen, the juice and meat (has been pulp) from the screen hole through the next process (double beater for linkage repeat the above process), the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic separation. As long as the screen of different specifications is changed and the lead Angle of the scraper is adjusted, the different beating speed can be changed to achieve satisfactory results.
