The whole machine is made of high quality SUS304 stainless steel, sterilization temperature, speed can be set according to
the process requirements. The machine runs smoothly, low noise, high strength stainless steel mesh belt, small scalability,
not easy to deformation, easy to maintain. It solves the "randomness" caused by the low degree of automation in the sterilization
process, strengthens the "consistency", and greatly improves the success rate of sterilization.

Scope of application:

This production line adopts pasteurization process, which is suitable for pasteurization of food in glass bottles, tinplate cans and
turnover boxes.

AUTOMATIC MIXING, WATER CONTROL, COOLING

The entire process is automated, with automatic adjustment of temperature, blanching, and water control time. It includes automatic feeding, stirring, flipping, water cooling, and discharging, and the entire process is completed automatically.

AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Adopting automatic temperature control and frequency converter speed regulation, the automation level of the assembly line is high, and the labor intensity is low. A fully automatic computer control system can be optionally equipped.
TILTING DRIVE MIXING SYSTEM
The entire process is transported by stainless steel mesh belt, and the material is pushed to the discharge port by the water from the filtering water tank at the inlet, achieving uniform water temperature.
