Automatic fruit peeling machine

This machine is designed for peeling fruits & vegetables,high rate of peel removing. Two models, one is for big size fruits/vegetables
(XPJ-600) ,such as pineapples, melons, papaya, grape fruits, big mango, pumpkins etc. and another one for small size
fruits/vegetables(XPJ-1200) , such as apple, kiwi, pear, orange, small mango etc.

Features

The machine consists of peeling blade, mechanical hand, locating fork, locating sensor and PLC control system.All the actions
are controlled by computer automatically, main electric parts are from Japan or German brand.The blade can peel the fruits
accordance with the shape of fruits therefore the fruits flash waste is much less than labor peeling. For model XPJ-600, just need
manually put the fruits on the feeder then automatically peel it, the peeled fruit and peels will go different outlets. For model XPJ-1200,
manually put the fruits on the feeder then the machine automatically peel, cut both fruits ends and will go different outlets, and also
with color protection device. The clients must provide low compressed air.
