COCONUT DESHELLING MACHINE

This machine is designed based on manual shelling and improvements to some old-fashioned shelling machines on the market.
It has the advantages of reasonable and compact structure, beautiful appearance, low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple

The equipment can work when it is connected to the power supply, and the operators must be trained and proficient in the operation
essentials and safety knowledge before they can work.

Preparations:
Check whether there is any leakage or screw driving in the mechanical parts of the power supplyof the equipment. Only when it is
ensured that there are no hidden safety hazards, it can be turnedon. Prepare the coconut fiuit that needs to be peeled in advance
and place it near the equipment foreasy access.
Turn on the equipment start button and the machine starts to run, The operator must hold thecoconut to be peeled with both hands
and align it with the toothed knife for peeling operation.

Precautions:
1 , The equipment must be grounded reliably
2,The operator must wear protective goggles.
3,Do not operate the machine with gloves
4,No violence is allowed.
