COCONUT MEAT GRINDER
The multifunctional crusher utilizes the principle of rotary grinding to crush materials into small particles. Widely used in fresh
coconut meat, pumpkin, potatoes, green and red peppers, carrots, lotus roots, celery, ginger, purple cabbage, Chinese cabbage,
bamboo shoots, pickled tube shoots, Dendrobium officinale, fresh plants and other materials; Fresh wheat seedlings, fresh leaves,
and other difficult to treat materials containing high crude fiber; It can also be used to crush cooked animal bones. The contact
parts between the equipment and materials are all made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is safe and hygienic; The equipment
has many advantages such as simple operation, convenient adjustment of crushing particle size, uniform crushing fineness, simple
cleaning and maintenance.

1.Structure: Referring to the schematic diagram of the coconut meat grinder structure, the machine is mainly composed of a frame,
an inlet and outlet hopper, a toothed knife, a cutterhead, a bearing mechanism, a transmission mechanism, a motor, etc.

2.Working principle: During operation, the motor drives the cutter head to rotate at high speed through a pair of V-belt wheels and
a bearing frame and bearing mechanism. The cutter head is equipped with several toothed blades, which are made of wear-resistant
and high hardness alloy. Coconut meat freely falls into the feed hopper and is ground by a high-speed rotating toothed knife. The
ground material falls into the discharge hopper through the gap between the cutterhead and the cutterhead cover. Realize grinding
function. The overall rotor assembly is equipped with a lifting and adjusting mechanism, which can adjust the gap between the cutterhead
and cutterhead cover, thereby adjusting the grinding fineness of coconut meat.
