Its advantage is that it integrates extraction and concentration, and adopts a fully enclosed continuous cycle extraction and concentration.
During the hot extraction process, the liquid in the extraction tank is connected to the heater and evaporator through a filter layer, and undergoes cyclic concentration. The secondary steam generated by extraction and concentration is condensed by the condenser, and the hot condensate flows back to the deep layer of the material in the extraction tank, allowing the material to fully contact with the dynamic extraction and solvent supplementation, while shortening the extraction and concentration time and greatly improving production efficiency.

Traditional Chinese herb hot reflux extraction and concentration unit is a combination of reflux, percolation extraction, countercurrent extraction and hot reflux extraction and concentration of four extraction principles, the extraction and concentration of traditional Chinese herb two processes are carried out at the same time, complete the new process of traditional Chinese herb extraction and concentration, and improve the extraction tank with pressure under normal pressure of high temperature frying process, using vacuum negative pressure for low temperature extraction and low temperature concentration.

At the same time, the steam generated by extraction and concentration is condensed by the hot cooler and returned to the extraction tank, which is added to the herb material as a new solvent. The new solvent passes through the herb material layer from top to bottom, plays a dynamic percolation effect, and the soluble substance dissolved in the herb material reaches the bottom of the extraction tank and enters the concentrator for concentration. According to years of practice and research, under the action of vacuum low-temperature vaporization heat, the greater the concentration difference, the higher the extraction rate of effective components, and the returned hot condensate will replace the original solvent of the extraction tank once according to the corresponding model specifications, so that the solute in the extraction tank tissue and the solute in the leaching solution can maintain a high concentration difference per unit time.
