The main machine is composed of frame, upper and lower drive shaft, reducer assembly,filter press belt, cleaning belt assembly, feed assembly, distribution device, fastening device, belt correction device, pressure device, protection device, pneumatic, electrical control device, cleaning water filter device, etc. Supporting equipment includes water filter device (including arc screen filter, water storage tank), stainless steel vertical multistage pump, water jet reflux pump, etc. The refined raw material (solid-liquid mixture) is continuously pumped into the hopper by the screw pump (the bandwidth
of the material is adjustable), and the distribution roll is evenly distributed. In the downward curved wedge area, a large amount of water is slowly pressed out, forming a squeezed filter cake. In the press area, a roller with an "L" band will press out the water, ensuring that the water escapes quickly from both sides.

The filter belt is made of nylon warp and weft yarn, which has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, food hygiene, convenient juice making, no water absorption and high strength. When working, the air bag is used to tighten the filter belt, and the special valve is used to control the deviation of the belt, which is stable and avoids overload, and the work is reliable, and the whole process is automated.

The main engine speed control driving device: the power system of the press belt operation is composed of the main reducer motor, the upper belt driving roller, the lower belt driving roller, the transmission gear and the bearing. The main reducer motor is variable frequency speed regulation, which drives the upper belt driving roller during operation, and drives the lower belt driving roller to reverse rotation through the transmission gear. The upper belt drive roller and the lower belt drive roller respectively drive the upper and lower belt to run at the same speed, and the tightened filter belt drives various press rollers to rotate, and the material is transported forward for pressing.
