1. The heating system of the system is uniformly heated by steam, and the feed liquid is liquid film flow evaporation, so it has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time.
2. The system is equipped with a hot pressure pump, and part of the secondary steam is re-sucked into the shell of the evaporator through the hot pressure pump, so that the heat is fully utilized, and the steam consumption is low and the cooling water circulation is low. At the same time, because the steam through the hot pressure pump enters the heating shell in the form of spray mist, the steam rapidly diffuses, and the feed liquid is heated gently, it is suitable for the concentration of heat-sensitive materials.

The material is evaporated along the inner wall of the heating tube by accelerating pressure flow, which is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of the material liquid with larger viscosity. 4. The spray feed at the top of the evaporator ensures that the material liquid is evenly distributed in the evaporator film tube, forming a film shape, greatly improving the heat transfer coefficient, increasing the evaporation rate, and preventing the phenomenon of "dry wall".
