1. Roller type sorter

The conveying is smooth, the speed is adjustable, and the material moves with the revolution of the conveyor belt and the autobiography of the roller rod, which can avoid the damage to the conveying material. The noise is small, suitable for the quieter working environment. Simple structure and easy maintenance. The energy consumption is small and the use cost is low.

The whole equipment is divided into several sections, such as the first section of 4 meters for the classification area of materials less than 60mm, materials less than 600mm will fall through the first material hopper. If the
second section is 4 meters for the 60mm-80mm material classification area, the 60mm-80mm material will fall through the second hopper, and the material larger than 80mm will flow out through the discharge port. Using double spiral roller technology, no card material, long service life, large material processing capacity.

2. Drum type sorter

The drum specifications of the classifier can be customized according to customer
requirements.The machine is made up of sink soaking pool + elevator, grader, the fruit soaked by the sink, through the elevator roller automatic rotation to achieve uniform feeding, and then through the roller classifier according to the diameter of the fruit to achieve the purpose of sorting.

The length of the fuselage is increased to three meters, and the fruits and vegetables can be divided into 4-7 grades according to the diameter of the fruits and vegetables.
