This machine is suitable for stone fruits (mango, peach, apricot), berries (kiwi, strawberry,), and pre-cooked soft fruit (apple, pear) and other fruits to remove the core and beat separation

The machine is mainly composed of sieve cylinder, frame and transmission system, the first way is the core structure, the second way is the beating structure.

The motor is driven by the triangle belt, which makes the rotor component rotate at high speed, and the mango enters the machine evenly through the feed port. The feed blade will screw the material to the beater rod, and under the action of the beater rod, the material is rammed. Due to the existence of centrifugal force, the juice and meat in the material (has become slurry) enter the next process through the sieve hole on the screen, and the core, skin, seed and fruit slag are discharged from the slag pulp leaf, so as to realize the automatic separation of pulp and slag.

As long as the screen of different specifications is changed and the lead Angle of the scraper is adjusted, the different beating speed can be changed to achieve satisfactory results.
