Carbonated Soft Beverage Drinks Production Line
1. Water Treatment System(Pure Water + Mineral Water + Alkaline Water + Oxygen-enriched water )1> Pre-treatment system (water tank / multi-medium filter / active carbon filter / ion exchanger / precious filter)
2> Membrane separation system (ultrafilter / nanometer filter / RO reverse osmosis system)

2. Blending system
Carbonated beverages are mainly composed of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide. Syrup is made through a sugar pot and mixing tank,
filtered and pumped into the syrup tank of the carbonated beverage mixer. At the same time, sterilized finished water is also pumped
into the water tank of the beverage mixer and subjected to vacuum degassing to facilitate the mixing of carbon dioxide. Through the
mixing system on the beverage mixer, water and syrup are mixed in proportion to achieve the expected taste.The mixer incorporates carbon dioxide jet technology to make the sandy taste of carbonated beverages comparable to Cola, and the
mixed material is cooled through a plate heat exchanger. Here, the other end of the plate heat exchanger is mainly connected to the
chiller (providing cold water, with antifreeze added, and the outlet temperature can be adjusted from -3 ºC to 8 ºC). We will select the chiller based on the local climate conditions of the user, Through this heat exchange method, the material can be cooled
to 0 ºC~3 ºC, and then injected into the carbon dioxide mixing tank of the beverage mixer. Under appropriate pressure control, the carbon
dioxide is dissolved into the material to produce a carbonated beverage with ideal gas locking capacity.
3. Blow molding machine
1> Blow moulding machine 1,000-24,000bph, and 0.25-2L PET bottles are available.2> It is widely used to produce the carbonated
bottle, mineral water, pesticide bottle oil bottle cosmetics, wide-mouth bottle and hot fill bottle, etc.
3> The man-machine interface is highly automated and easy to operate.
4> The compact machine occupies a smaller area.
5> The simple slide-in way of mold mounting makes it possible for the operators to change molds easily within 30 minutes.
4. Unscrambler machineThe automatic bottle unscrambler is used for the sorting of disordered polyester or PET bottles. The scattered bottles are sent by the
elevator to the bottle unscrambler , and the bottles enter the bottle compartment to position themselves by the thrust of the fan.
With the function of the bottle turning device, the bottles are sorted into the bottle mouth to stand upright, and output into the
filling or next process through the air conveying or conveying system.
5. Bottle washing filling and capping machine1> Juice filling line production capacity is usual in 1,000-36,000bph, 0.25-2.5L PET bottles are available.
2> Juice filling line can apply to fill fruit juice, energy drink, hot tea drink into PET bottle by changing few spare parts.
3> Automatic juice filling machine adopts rinsing, filling and capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, touch screen. It is mainly
made of SUS304/ SUS316.
4> Pivotal electrical parts adopt Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS for juice filling production line.
6. Bottle cooling tunnel1>It is with the advantages of sterilizing temperature automatic control and adjustable sterilizing time.
2> It can be designed and made to the sterilization conditions and production provided by the customer.
3> It can be widely used in sterilizing and cooling of juice and beverage in various bottles and cans, electrolyte beverage, wine
and condiments. It adopts warm water to preheat, sterilize with recycling hot water, recycling warm water to pre-cool, and cooling
water to cool.
7. Sleeve label machine1> The mainly used for container labeling cylindrical, square or other special shapes of detergents, beverages, mineral water,
food, etc.
2> Labeling machine is controlled by PLC touch screen, all-electric eyes are using imported advanced configuration.3> High speed,
high accuracy, stable performance.
4> Easy to operate and look elegant appearance.
8. Automatic Bottle Packing Machine1> Compact &artistic shape. The frame is novel, unique.
2> Electronic induction feeding film, action is balanced and quickly replacing film.
3> Isothermal sealing cutter .The seal intensity is above cooling sealing cutter 3 times, the seal is even and the life is above
cooling sealing cutter 80 times.
