This machine is specially designed for pineapple fruit which used for whole pineapple can auto separate the skin and have the pineapple juice, fully structure is made of food grade stainless steel 304.This is key equipment for pineapple juice production line can equip with bubble /brush washer, sorting conveyor and loading elevator to complete the juicing system, capacity can be 2t/h, 3t/h, 5t/h, 10t/h.

The equipment of the peeling and juicing production line includes: 1.Low elevator : the material uniform speed to the fruit picking machine.
2. Fruit picking / sorting machine: pick out rotten fruit, stray branches, stray leaves, etc.
3. Brushing machine: brush the surface of the material. Suitable brushing machine can be selected according to different materials
4. Fruit washing machine: the material after brushing is washed twice, and can be sprayed. The corresponding fruit washing machine can be selected according to different materials.
5. High elevator: the cleaned material is uniformly transported to the peel and pulp separator, which can achieve the draining function and can also add air drying device.

6. Peel and pulp separator (host): we usually call it peeling machine and peeling juicer, he is divided into peel channel and pulp channel; For the material with high juice content, the artesian juice channel can be added.
7. Juice extractor: refine the pulp after peeling for juice extraction. If there are materials with fruit pits (such as orange, dragon fruit, passion fruit, etc.), it can also be completed in this step.
