Bubble washing machine is mainly used for fruit, vegetables, see food cleaning.
The main principle is to use water tank with amount of water, raw materials through the box, will be combined with the bubble

high pressure rinse.
Bubble cleaning machine is designed for material with high appearance requirements, suitable for: vegetables, fruits, aquatic
products, Chinese herbs and other granular, leafy, root products cleaning, soaking.
Working principle
The bubble cleaning machine designed by our company uses bubble water bath cleaning, supplemented by strong water flow, large
cleaning capacity, high cleaning rate and no damage to the material, after rotation flow to the conveyor belt, in the net belt for high
pressure water spray cleaning. In addition to the motor and other standard parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel 304
material, fully in line with the export of food hygiene requirements. The equipment is provided with a bubble generating device, so
that the material is rolling state, remove stains on the surface of the product, (can be equipped with steam heating device to heat the
water to the appropriate temperature, hot water scouring and cleaning), float can overflow from the overflow tank, sediment discharged
from the sewage outlet, in order to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
The cleaning machine has a good cleaning effect and significant results. The main principle is that the equipment is equipped with
a strong flow air dryer, which generates bubbles in the pool through a high-pressure fan, causing the pool water to roll and achieving
the goal of product rolling. The upper end of the equipment is equipped with high-pressure spray, which rolls the product in the pool
and is then impacted by high-pressure water to clean the fine sand on the kelp mucosa. Impurities float on the surface and overflow
through the overflow port. The fine sand is filtered through water circulation and settles in the impurity box. The product is transported
to the outlet through a mesh belt. The bubble cleaning machine uses an oxygenation pump to bubble clean water, causing the
material to continuously roll and clean the material.

1. The equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel, beautiful appearance, good structural strength, stable transmission, safe
operation of materials.
2. The equipment adopts high temperature and wear-resistant nylon chain plate transportation, and the conveyor belt contains nylon
scraper, which is convenient to lift materials at large angles.
3. Conveying speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion.
4. This machine adopts SUS304 plate bending production.
5. The support is made of high strength material (50*50*2.5), multi-position linear welding, structural fastness
