5 Gallon Bottled Water Filling Line:

This production line is consisted of rinser,filler and capper. The rinser has several sprays which can be used as for both clean water
rinsing and disinfectant rinsing. The disinfectant can be recycled. The machine also has automatic capping device, and cap rinsing
device. The whole production line can automatic feeding barrel, rinsing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting and output.

Water products are multifaceted, which could be natural spring water, purified water, carbonated water, flavored water... What
process can be used to prevent the forming of bromate in side it? How to deploy mechanical filling valves to keep water clean and

1. Automatic decapper

Adopting PLC and pneumatic cylinder, it can work in line. cap-removing head does not damage the cap and bottle mouth at all. So
cap can be re-used. Capacity is adjustable. It is compatible with a wide range of bottle height and cap diameter. The cap-removing
head consists of four pieces of arch covers. The head is open and pressed on the opening of the barrel. With four pieces of arch covers
tightened and locking the edge of the bucket opening in a fast way. After that, the barrel is raised and the cap is removed. Then it is
released automatically, with cap blown to the collective sink by air.

2. Washing machineWashing bottle inside and outside dust.All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design,more save water
consumption and more clean. And Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crashduring washing.

3. Bottle loading machineIt is controlled by PLC. The sensors feedback the signals to PLC. Under the condition of wrong-positioned bottles, it will stop
automatically. Then it will run again when the bottles in the right positioning. the chain conveyor transfer the bottles go to the
feeder,the sensors feedback to the PLC ,then air cylinder acts, the bottles go in to the filling machine automatically. The bottle
feeding process will not damage the bottle edge at all.

4. Automatic filling and capping machineFucntion : filling water into bottle.Full Automatic 5 Gallon water filling machine, save time, save labor cost, and save power. More
models with different capacities. Filling volume adjustable in fine rank, same liquid level after fillin. All 304/316 stainless steel contact
parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean.
