Jujube paste / syrup processing plant
The equipment is suitable for various dates,most of this machine is made of stainless steel,simple to operate and maintenance, and
also we can modify the machines according to your requirements.
We can offer you the complete production line for dates juice, syrup, paste etc. which including dates cleaning and sorting
machine, dates softening and pulping machine to separate the dates kernel, the paste can be transfer to paste tank or direct pump
into extraction tank, adding water for juice extraction. The extracted liquid will be pumped to the decanter separating machine
for dates juice, here can be also equipped with filtration device for decolor process. And then finally for the vacuum evaporation
to get the dates syrup.
As per request package and packing size we shall equip you with suitable filling and packing machine.
Along with auxiliary equipment like CIP cleaning machine, water treatment system, steam boiler and air compressor etc.
