Structure:

How it works:

Installation, operation and maintenance
 
1. The machine must be installed horizontally and fixed with anchor screws.
2. Operation:
When the equipment is started, the indenter should be adjusted to make the annular gap large, and then the gap gradually decreases. After meeting the process requirements, the handwheel bearing seat position is fixed with the brake.
3, the feed must be uniform, strictly prohibit hard foreign matter into the hopper, so as not to damage the screen.
4. Maintenance:
Wash the filter with water and brush after each shift. If the juice with more fine fiber is filtered, it is necessary to add a washing net depending on the production situation, and clean all the machines with hot water after the press is finished.
