Application:
Suitable for various kinds of bottle type of fruit juice, tea beverage, dairy products, pure water, condiment, beer, sports drinks such as food and beverage. 
a. Applicable to all kinds of bottles, such as: round bottle, square bottle, flat bottle, curve bottle, cup and so on.
b. Suitable for food, beverage, cleaning products, pharmaceuticals, bottle etc all kinds of plastic bottle, glass bottle, PVC, PET, PS, tin and other containers.
 Operation principle:
1. The sleeve label is unwound evenly from the reel via feed roller and conveyed to the cutting unit via the sleeve supply unit.
2. There, the sleeve is opened by pulling it over a mandrel, a servomoter-controlled cutter cuts the sleeves exactly to the set length.  
3. After that, the applicator fork pulls the sleeves over the container.
4. Depending on the container shape and the sleeve size, an optional positioning brush moves the sleeve to the desired position. As a result, each sleeve is in perfect position and cannot slip.
5. Optional hot-air nozzles shrink and pre-position the sleeves. After that, the sleeves are shaped perfectly around the container contour in a steam or hot-air tunnel.

1. Steam Heating Shrink Tunnel can be applied to different and irregular bottle types, e.g. round, square and flat bottles.
2. It adopts seamless tube, the distribution of low-pressure steam drum and spouting method of steam are unified.
3. The steam nozzle is divided to three adjustable segments; the height, position and steam output of each segment can be adjusted respectively; this guarantees a perfect shrinking effect.
4. The whole machine is made of stainless steel with heat preservation, it not only saves energy, buy also match with the international safety standard.
5. The stainless steel defrosting tray collects condensed water. The whole machine adopts the waterproof design with the convenience of operation and maintenance.
