Brief introduction
Firstly, peel and clean the potatoes used as raw materials. The cleaned potatoes are transported to a steam peeler or mechanical
peeler for peeling. Then enter the second cleaning machine to remove the remaining potato skins stuck on the surface of the potatoes.

The cleaned potatoes are transported to a testing station for manual sorting and sorting of peeled potatoes. The belt conveyor feeds
the peeled potatoes into the slicer or slicer. Potatoes are sliced into thin slices or strips as needed. And wash the free starch with water.

The cleaned potato chips are sent to a blanching machine for blanching, and the potato chips (fries) that are washed and blanched
carry a large amount of attached water. Using a vibration or centrifugal dehydrator with strong winds, separate individual potato chips
and blow dry or spin dry the attached water. Then it is transported to the frying machine to reduce the moisture content of the potato
chips from 80% to 2%, resulting in a crispy product. The oil content in the finished fried potato chips ranges from 30% to 40%.

After frying, the potato chips are transported to a draining conveyor belt to drain any remaining oil on the surface of the product.
The fried potato chips are transported to a drum seasoning machine for seasoning, and different seasonings are added according
to different products. Then, the seasoned potato chips are transported to the packaging workshop to be packaged into the required
size and shape.
