Automatic ultra-high temperature tube sterilization machine is our company combined with foreign advanced technology, as well as according to my company over the years in the industry experience developed and developed. The equipment is widely used in fruit juice and protoplasm, tea beverage, milk and other liquid food sterilization treatment.
The whole system adopts programmable control, the operating system adopts the image man-machine operating interface, easy to intuitively grasp the running state of equipment components at any time; Control system for equipment temperature real-time control, acquisition and storage, all valve parts, electronic control system are using foreign famous brands. It has the advantages of easy cleaning, advanced structure and reliable use.
Ultra-high temperature sterilization machine can be heated, insulated, heat recovery and cooling operations on the material at the same time, in the preheating section, sterilization section, heat can be fully recovered. This sterilization equipment adopts multi-stage heating, sterilization and cooling of liquid or slurry materials, which can improve the use efficiency of heat energy.
In the whole process of sterilization, the temperature of the material is controlled in a fully automatic way. If the ultra-high temperature sterilization machine is used, the discharge temperature can be controlled according to user needs, and the temperature can be adjusted to the value required by the sterilization filling machine.
