Product performance description
The machine is mainly composed of spiral, grinding roller, inlet and outlet hopper, spray pipe, collecting tank transmission parts. When working, the material enters the middle of the spiral, moves to the discharge port through the spiral, and friction with the bottom barbed grinding roller during the moving process, so as to achieve the effect of grinding oil, while the high pressure water of the spray pipe above will wash the oil into the collection tank and enter the next separation process.

Material : The material contact part and frame are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Scope of application : The machine is suitable for grinding the skin oil of citrus fruits, lemon, orange, orange, grapefruit, pomelo, grapefruit, navel orange, citrus and other fruits.

The Citrus fruit enter into this grinding machine via elevator after washing and sorting process.The grinding machine with spiral feeding device and grinding roller, also with water spraying on the top. the citrus fruits feeding into the grinding area with water spraying to collect the citrus peel oil mixture during grinding process.

Fully made of stainless steel with high quality motor with reducer.

• Description of product use effect

This grinding machine as key equipment for citrus fruit juice production, after grinding the citrus fruit skin/peel will be broken and washed off, the fruit will go to juice extractor for juice production,meanwhile the oil mixture will enter into polisher machine then with filtration and centrifuge separation to have the pure citrus oil .
