Pumpkin powder is divided into two kinds of pumpkin powder and pumpkin instant powder. Pumpkin powder is a kind of pumpkin powder produced by drying and crushing method, and pumpkin instant powder is produced by spray drying method. The processing process of the two is as follows:

Pumpkin → Soaking, disinfection → cleaning → Cutting → Seed removal → coarse grinding → secondary grinding → Pulp grinding →Rubber grinding refining → pulp and slag separation → Blending → high pressure homogenization → double effect concentration → Heat preservation and storage → pressure spray drying → powder collection → powder screening → Packaging → packing → storage.

To make pumpkin powder :
First select ripe pumpkin, remove the skin and seeds after washing, and then cut the pumpkin into appropriate cubes. Next, you can feed the pumpkin into a dicing machine and cut it into small cubes, or use an automatic vegetable cutter to cut the pumpkin into thin slices. The sliced pumpkin can be processed by a blanching machine, and then dehydrated, dried and crushed. Finally, the powder is screened through the vibrating screen to ensure the fineness of the powder, and it needs to be dried in the oven before packaging.
Dried pumpkin and dried fruit :
The preparation of dried pumpkin is relatively simple, just wash the pumpkin, remove the skin and seeds, cut into strips or cubes, and then air or dry. The pumpkin preserved fruit needs to be soaked in lime clarifying
liquid, then boiled with sugar, and finally dried and packaged.
Pumpkin juice/puree :
Pumpkin juice is rich in fiber, suitable for people of all ages. To make it, peel and seed the pumpkin, then crush it, heat and soften it, add water and various nutrient fortifiers, and stir well.
