Basket washing machine is equipped with a pressure basket device, both sides are equipped with a basket device, to avoid the
relatively light basket due to water pressure ambassador basket out of the normal track.
Equipment except motor, pump, rubber are made of 304 stainless steel. Water tank heating mode: electric heating, with temperature
balance, fast temperature rise.

Working principle

The bubble cleaning machine designed by our company uses bubble water bath cleaning, supplemented by strong water flow, large
cleaning capacity, high cleaning rate and no damage to the material, after rotation flow to the conveyor belt, in the net belt for high
pressure water spray cleaning. In addition to the motor and other standard parts of the equipment are made of stainless steel 304
material, fully in line with the export of food hygiene requirements. The equipment is provided with a bubble generating device, so
that the material is rolling state, remove stains on the surface of the product, (can be equipped with steam heating device to heat the
water to the appropriate temperature, hot water scouring and cleaning), float can overflow from the overflow tank, sediment discharged
from the sewage outlet, in order to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Conveying: The track is 304 stainless steel chain, with stable operation, long service life and other characteristics, in line
with the requirements of food hygiene.

The driving part adopts speed regulating and decelerating motor, so that the material cleaning time can be adjusted.
Cleaning is divided into four sections: the first section is hot alkali water, the second section is hot water, the third section
is clean water, and the fourth section is disinfecting water. All water except clean water can be recycled to save energy and
water. Each section is equipped with a multilayer filter to prevent nozzle clogging. With automatic water control device, to
prevent water pump due to lack of water damage.

 

 

Temperature control mode: 25-90ºC automatic control, electronic temperature controller control display, through the button to
adjust the temperature, to ensure the temperature stability.
Automatic constant temperature, to reduce the boot (restart) waiting time, to save power effect.
Spray device: spray water for the sector, spray cross section is large, uniform, easy to adjust, spray pipe using rust Steel pipe
(SUS304) good adaptability.
Cleaning basket size adjustable within the size range. This machine is used for various specifications, various materials of the
