The whole machine is composed of hopper, side cover, fuselage, spindle, bearing seat, motor, frame,hopper and so on.When the motor is working, the main shaft is driven by a pair of belt wheels at constant speed,and the main shaft is equipped with a flying knife for high-speed rotation.
The material falls freely into the hopper from the elevator and is chopped by the high-speed rotating knife.Due to the role of centrifugal force, the material falls into the hopper through the waist-shaped hole screen,and then enters the next process by the feed pump. The advantage of the hammer crusher is that the particle size of the crushing material is consistent, and its size is determined by the screen with a waist-shaped hole.
