Model : BX-J1 Passion fruit skin separator

The machine is mainly composed of a set of material roller, three sets of press roller, feed hopper, juice hopper, slag hopper,frame,
transmission and other parts. Turn on the power when working, and pour the material into the hopper. The material is first
assisted by a set of dispensing rollers to transfer the passion fruit to the press roller. Then a pair of press rollers crush the passion
fruit, forcing the flesh and juice out of the skin. So as to achieve the purpose of juicing, the skin residue is discharged from the slag
hopper. Juice and pulp are discharged from the juice hopper. The equipment is made of stainless steel except for the transmission
parts.

The machine is mainly composed of feed hopper, upper breaking fruit device, lower breaking fruit device, rotating screen, stirring
shaft, conveying screw, frame, scraper, beater cylinder, beater plate, screen, motor and other parts. The machine except the
transmission part of the rest of the stainless steel manufacturing, mixing shaft stepless speed regulation.

Working principle:

Raw materials from the hopper into the upper fruit breaking device, under the action of pressure between the two rollers will be
pressed open, rough fruit breaking into the lower fruit breaking device, the lower fruit breaking device will again squeeze the fruit,
after two stages of extrusion of the basic fruit shell meat separation, and fall into the separation device. The upper and lower fruit
breaking rolls are elastic structure with adjustable clearance. Under the action of the stirring conveying blade on the stirring shaft,
the fruit pulp falls from the sieve hole and is sent to the juicer under the action of the rotating spiral outside the sieve to obtain the juice,
while the peel is discharged from the tail under the action of the stirring conveying blade.
