This machine is mainly composed of crushing, destemming, frame and other parts.
1. The crushing device is located at the lower end of the feed box and consists of two crushing rollers. The gap between
the two rollers can be adjusted between 5-15mm, which is determined according to the grape variety.
2. Destemming device: It is composed of destemming shaft and destemming half screen. The stem-removing shaft is
equipped with spirally distributed stem-removing leaves. The stem-removing semi-sieve is formed by punching a
stainless steel plate, and its main function is to separate the fruit and stems and discharge the stems and branches out
of the machine.

The main technical feature is that the stems are removed after crushing, the speed can be adjusted according to the different grape
varieties, the gap between the crushing rollers can be adjusted, and the adaptation to grape varieties is strengthened.The parts in
contact with the grapes and the exposed parts of the whole machine are made of stainless steel, which meets the standards of
food-grade enterprises.
