Preserved fruit dicing machine is a food processing equipment specifically designed to cut dried fruits into cubes.
The cutting operation is mainly achieved through rotating blades and fixed cutting molds. The motor drives the blade to rotate at high speed, and when the dried fruit is fed into the feeding port of the machine, it will be transported to the cutting area. In the cutting area, the dried fruit will be cut by the blade, and the dried fruit will be evenly diced according to the shape and size of the cutting mold. For example, the square size of the cutting mold determines the side length of the dried fruit cubes.
