Multifunctional extraction system
The extraction tank adopts a mushroom shaped round tank body, with a large top and small bottom: it has a large boiling buffer space and is not easy to run materials;The liquid is heated quickly, the heating time is short, and the extraction efficiency is high. Mechanical stirring can be set up, and the jacket form is optional (the tank body is equipped with a jacket and insulation layer). The transition section of the inner wall of the tank body adopts circular arc transition, without any sanitary dead corners, easy to clean, and the mirror polishing treatment inside the tank body meets the requirements of hygiene standards. The multifunctional extraction tank can be designed in the form of a conical extraction tank, mushroom extraction tank, straight cylindrical extraction tank, oblique conical extraction tank, inverted conical extraction tank, etc. according to customer requirements.
Filtration system
With membrane separation technology as the core, the tea deep processing equipment adopts membrane separation ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology to filter, refine, concentrate and dehydrate tea extract with high precision. The whole process is a physical room temperature process, and various functional components of tea are extracted and separated to a certain extent. The tea products obtained have high purity, complete fragrance retention and low production cost.
Membrane process application of tea concentrate and powder advantages:

Vacuum evaporation system
Falling film type single effect, double effect, three effect and multi-effect evaporator, evaporation concentration under vacuum low temperature conditions, with high evaporation capacity, low energy consumption, low operating costs, and can limit the original color, aroma, taste and useful components of the material. The equipment is widely used in the concentration of milk, glucose, oligosaccharides, sorbitol, fruit and vegetable juice, etc. It has been widely used in the evaporation and concentration of aqueous solution and organic solvent solution in many industries such as food processing, beverage processing, chemical industry and so on.
The vacuum evaporator can be used for the concentration of liquid materials, distillation and recovery of organic solvents, as well as the evaporation of production wastewater for recovery, mainly suitable for pilot production in enterprises with small production volumes.
The vacuum evaporator is provided with a jacket and insulation layer, and the jacket is heated by steam or thermal oil, so that the material in the evaporator tank is indirectly heated to boiling, and the foam with active components in the evaporated secondary steam is separated in the vapor-liquid separator to return to the tank, and the remaining steam is recovered to the receiver tank by the condenser.
The vacuum concentrator unit mainly consists of five parts: the main body of the concentration tank, the vapor-liquid separator, the condenser, the liquid receiver tank, and the vacuum system. The main parts of the equipment are made of 304 or 316L high-quality stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance.
Spray drying system
The working process of the unit is the feed liquid through the diaphragm pump high pressure input, spray mist droplets, and then flow down with hot air, most of the powder particles are collected by the bottom of the tower discharge port, exhaust gas and its tiny powder is separated by the cyclone separator, exhaust gas is discharged by the extraction fan, powder is collected by the pollinator cylinder located at the lower end of the cyclone separator, the fan outlet can also be equipped with a secondary dust removal device.
1.The drying speed is fast, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased after atomization, in the hot air stream, 95% to 98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time is only a few seconds, which is suitable for the drying of heat-sensitive materials.
2.The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high product purity and good quality.
3. The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. For the moisture content of 40-60%(specific materials can reach 90%) of the liquid can be dried into powder products, dry without grinding and screening, reduce the production process, improve product purity. The product particle size, loose density, moisture, in a specific range can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, control and management are very convenient.
