This equipment is mainly used for the extraction, refining and extraction process of essential oil (volatile oil) of plant branches, leaves, flowers and grasses with high oil content. This equipment can use water vapor distillation device for water isolation distillation, which can effectively extract volatile oil components from plants and recycle them, and can collect various volatile aromas of plants significantly. This equipment is suitable for large-scale production, small and medium-sized production and processing, university research and plant production near the origin.

1. Water steam distillation method: It is the most widely used method at present, with simple equipment, easy operation and low cost, but due to the relatively high operating temperature, it will cause the decomposition and hydrolysis of heat-sensitive substances in essential oils, and the extracted essential oils must first remove the inclusion of water. The steps are tedious.  
2. Solvent extraction method: organic solvent extraction is the use of volatile organic solvents to extract the ingredients in plant raw materials. The products obtained are extractum, tincture, etc. Organic solvent extraction may cause solvent residue, extraction time is too long, the efficiency is relatively low.  
3. Pressing method: the raw materials are crushed and pressed, the volatile oil is squeezed out from the plant tissue, and then the oil is separated by centrifuge and the quality of the essential oil obtained by this method is good, and the original fragrance can be maintained. The essential oil used in food and cosmetics abroad is mostly obtained by cold pressing method.
